The machine comprises a plate 1, a framework 2 which can be moved vertically above the plate 1, in which are provided substantially cylindrical, rectangular or polygonal holes 3, a post 4 above the framework 2 which comprises as many stamps (punches) 5 as there are holes 3, and a vibration device. The machine is completed by moulds which are open at the top and at the bottom, the wall of which mould being formed by a plurality of parts (such as 7 or 8), each wall part being connected to the inner wall 11 of the hole 3 which faces it by connected rods 10 which are substantially horizontal in the moulding position and oblique upwards from the mould in the mould release position. <IMAGE>
