Fibre-reactive metal-containing disazo compounds

Fibre-reactive 1:1 copper complexes of disazo compounds conform to the formula I <IMAGE> where the variables are each as defined in Claim 1, and are present as free acid or in salt form. They are used as reactive dyes for dyeing or printing hydroxyl- or nitrogen-containing organic substrates, especially leather or fibre material which consists of or contains natural or synthetic polyamides or natural or regenerated cellulose; the most preferred substrate is textile material which consists of or contains cotton. The dyeings and prints obtained show good all round fastness properties such as good lightfastness, wetfastness properties and stability to oxidative influences.
