The unit which can be attached at the end of the concrete-distributor mast (9) exhibits an end hose (1) which can be connected on a concrete-delivering pipe (14) and by means of which concrete can be pumped specifically into shuttering windows of tunnel shutterings without moving the end hose (1) manually. The rotary and/or tilting movement of the end hose (1) takes place hydraulically via the mast remote-control means with the aid of a hydraulic motor (6) and a hydraulic cylinder (3). The pivot movement, brought about by the hydraulic cylinder (3), of the two-armed lever (2) is converted into a bending movement of the end hose (1), to be precise such that the connection piece (34) of the end hose (1) runs through an effective pivot angle of 90@ when the pivot lever (2) is pivoted through approximately 55-60@. <IMAGE>
