<p>PURPOSE: To endure against a pasteurizing temperature by providing a first polymer layer made of a blend selected from the group consisting of a propylene homopolymer, a copolymer, a butene-1 homopolymer and a copolymer and a second polymer made of a blend selected from the group consisting of an ethylene homopolymer and a copolymer. CONSTITUTION: A substrate is formed by a method for co-extruding not one layer state but a two layer state. At a first stage of manufacturing a suitable film, two extruders provides one tubular co-extruding die, and an inner layer, i.e., a first layer is a blend of a propylene-ethylene copolymer having an ethylene and a (butene-l)-ethylene copolymer having an ethylene. An outer layer, i.e., is a vinyl acetate content and an ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer.</p> |
