PURPOSE:To prevent characteristics deterioration caused by heating at the time of kneading and injection-molding by adding two kinds of elements (groups) combined for giving two effects improving natural coercive force and oxidizing resistance in the subject alloy powder of rare earth metal-iron series. CONSTITUTION:This alloy powder for anisotropic resin combined type permanent magnet is composed of 25-35wt.% Nd and/or Pr, 2.0-6/0% Dy and/or Tb, 3.0-15% Co, 0.8-1.8% B and further one or more kinds of 1.0-5.0% Nb, 1.0-5.0% V, 2.0-10% Ta, 2.0-10% W and the balance Fe. In the alloy powder, Tb or Dy improves the coercive force, but does not have effect for improving the oxidizing resistance. Further, Nb, V, Ta and W improve the oxidizing resistance, but do not have effect for increasing the coercive force. Therefore, by adding as combining these two elements (groups), after kneading and injection-molding, too, the resin combined type permanent magnet having high coercive force is obtd. |
