PURPOSE: To perform a uniform heat treatment by stirring, heating and cooling raw materials, which are piled at the lower part of a cylindrical container, through a curved tube having a lot of holes for spouting steam. CONSTITUTION: A container 1 in the shape of almost circular pressure tank is surrounded by an external casing 2 and between them, a space 3 is provided. This container is fixed on leg parts 4 as desired. A raw material inlet 5 is provided at the upper part of the container 1, and an outlet 7 for treated materials is provided at the lower part. A stirring device is constituted so that a curved tube 9 having a lot of holes 10 is supported by a hollow rod 8 and vibrated through piled materials 6. The heat treatment of piled raw materials 6 is performed by letting steam flow out of the holes 10. The container 1 is provided with a connector 13 to be used for an air releasing or pressurizing means. After the desired heat treatment, the materials are rapidly cooled by spouting cooling liquid. It is pressurized by gas nitride or the like and heat treatment completed/sterilized liquid for transportation is conveyed from the outlet 7 to a packaging machine or an intermediate tank. |
