PURPOSE:To attain an output of a voltage waveform with a stable pulse width by constituting a feedback circuit for a Schmitt circuit comprising a constant current source and a capacitor. CONSTITUTION:When an H level input pulse is applied to an input gate section 1, since an input voltage V1 charges a capacitor, a Schmitt circuit 4 outputs an H level pulse and turns on a start switch 2a. Thus, the voltage V1 rises, a Schmitt circuit 5 resets the switch 2a to be in the off-state to keep an H level while the input pulse is at an H level. When an L level input pulse is applied to the input gate section 1, the Schmitt circuit 5 is set by the Schmitt circuit 4 to turn off a closing switch 2b and the input voltage V1 keeps an L level while the input pulse keeps an L level. |
