<p>PURPOSE:To obtain a soft anti-slip structure by coating a surface of a fibrous substrate with a resin liquid containing dispersed anti-slip particles, thereby forming a minute matte-finish unevenness with protruded anti-slip particles while leaving the form of the knit or woven mesh of said substrate. CONSTITUTION:A surface of a fibrous substrate consisting of a knit or woven fabric is coated with a foamed resin liquid containing dispersed anti-slip particles. Excess resin liquid is blown off with air to form a resin coating film having the shape of the knit or woven mesh of the fibrous substrate on the surface, containing the anti-slip particles protruded on the surface and having minute matte-finish unevenness formed by the collapse of bubbles.</p> |
