<p>PURPOSE: To prevent the staining when emptying a container by comprising a first layer composed of a vinyl chloride-based organosol applied on a metallic base, and a second layer composed of an epoxy-phenol resin lacquer. CONSTITUTION: An organosol based on an ordinary PVC is applied to a surface to be located inside of a container thereafter, of a metal sheet which has the proper shape and thickness and is made of a proper material, and baked for 8-15 minutes at 175-225 deg.C. Then the organosol coating is coated with an epoxy- phenol resin lacquer and baked for 8-15 minutes at 175-225 deg.C. Then the metal sheet is shaped to the desired container. The shaping is preferably performed by deep drawing, especially by DRD deep drawing. Whereby there is no staining when emptying the container.</p> |
