PURPOSE: To provide an external detailed portion such as a gripping device and a handle by surrounding a recess by the continuous injection molding, and injecting the molten plastic material of high temperature into the recess to cause the molten plastic material to be partially permeated into a separated part of the laminate within the range of the recess. CONSTITUTION: A thermo-plastic material is injected into a recess 6, and partially united with thermo-plastic layers 2, 3 of a packaging laminate, simultaneously the thermo-plastic material is permeated between a fiber material layer 1 and the thermo-plastic layer 3 within a range around a bottom of the recess 6 and becomes a temperature which causes the separation of the laminate therebetween. Accordingly, by properly selecting the quality, temperature and pressure of the thermo-plastic material, a locking device 7 formed by both halves 8, 9 of an injection molding tool and the thermo-plastic layers 2, 3 of the packaging laminate can be permanently and liquid-tightly connected. Whereby a reliable tight and the liquid-tight model of the external detailed structure such as a gripping device can be ensured. |
