The device involves twin reciprocally axially movable manoeuvring units (7, 9), i.e. a shaft part (7) with a guide element running in a screw configuration and a nut part with an inner guide element corresp. to that of the shaft part. At least the one manoeuvring unit is arranged to be rotated with reciprocal axial movement between the two such units which are connected to their respective arm parts. |
