Washing machine program execution - by specified section shaped cam discs for the timer
摘要
The washing program for an electronic-electromechanical washing machine is executed by a programmer, the so-called timer (5). Its shaft has several cams (11) which can be adjusted angularly and are designed as sectors (12) of a circle. A return spring (13) tends to pull the timer to the position of rest. Each sector has a cam profile (14) with steps to suit the program phases. The ends (15) of levers (16,17) scan this profile and open or close the contacts (18). ADVANTAGE - This simplifies the design of the cams and requires no costly reversible drives.
