<p>PURPOSE:To facilitate automation in an assembly line of screws and washers by reversing the screws and washers assembled by aligning by vibration, and forming them so as to be easy to be handled by a manipulator and so on. CONSTITUTION:A washer alignment tray provided with a lot of alignment holes for aligning a spring washer 46, flat washer 47 on a vibration generating device is fixably formed on a screw assembly device and a screw alignment tray provided with a lot of screw alignment holes for aligning screws 41 is fixably formed as well. This screw alignment hole is provided so as to correspond with the washer alignment hole and formed in a smaller size than the washer alignment hole. Moreover, this screw alignment device is formed by a pressing plate 60 reversing the screw 41 and washers 46, 47 by their pressing in the shaft of the screw alignment tray being removed from the washer alignment tray and screw alignment tray where the washers 46, 47 and screw 41 are aligned, and a placing plate 70 projecting a pipe 71 holding the screw part of the screw 41.</p> |
