METHOD FOR RETARDING CURING OF LIME ALUMINATE-CONTAINING CEMENT

PURPOSE:To carry out curing retardation capable of readily operating and controlling by adding a specific amount of H2O2 to a cement based mixture containing a hydraulic cement containing lime aluminate and water. CONSTITUTION:H2O2 of >=0.01wt.% based on an amount of water ingredient is added to a cement based mixture containing a hydraulic cement containing lime aluminate and water and the blend is kneaded. Thereby curing of the cement based material can be effectively retarded. Effect interrupting reaction of H2O2 and reacting H2O2 after consuming a reducing agent can be attained by adding a reducing substance having equivalent smaller than that of H2O2 to the above-mentioned blend.
