PURPOSE:To facilitate the insert work of a regrinding device and to prevent the damage of a roll under working, by forming a structure operating by lifting a truck inserted from the horizontal direction onto a roll and placing both ends parts of a horizontal beam onto a fixing means by a lift driving means. CONSTITUTION:A wheel 32 provided on the truck 30 of a device 26 is placed on the upper face of the lower drier roll 16 of a regrinding drier roll 10 and inserted from the horizontal direction by pressing almost horizontally. When a leg part is extended downward by driving a lift driving means 60 in the state of the load of the regrinding device 26 being supported by the drier roll 16, it is lifted as holding the regrinding device 26 in a horizontal position by abutting to the upper faces of fixing means 24, 24 and the wheel 32 is separated from the surface of the drier roll 16. At this time the whole load of the regrinding device 26 is supported on the fixing means 24, 24, the horizontal beam 28 thereof is extended in about parallel to the regrinding drier roll 10 and the regrinding device 26 can be set up at a fixed position. |
