Water soluble fibre-reactive dyestuffs of formula (I) are new: in which A is the residue of a monoazo- disazo- or polyazo dye or heavy metal complex azo dye or an anthraquinone-, phthalocyanine-, formazan, azomethine-, dioxazine-, phenazine, stilbene-, triphenylmethane-, xanthene-, thioxanthone-, nitroaryl-, naphthoquinone, pyrenequinone-, or perylenetetracarbamide dye, Rx = H or 1-4C alkyl (opt. substd. by halogen, OH, CN, 1-4C alkoxy, 2-5C alkoxycarbonyl, carboxy, sulphamoyl, sulpho or sulphato), pref. H or Me, Mx = H or 1-4C alkyl (opt. substd. by halogen, OH, CN, 1-4C alkoxy, 2-5C alkoxycarbonyl, carboxy sulphaonyl or alkylsulphonyl with 1-4C, Y = vinyl, beta-alkanoyloxy-ethyl with 2-5C in the alkanoyl residue, beta-benzoyloxy-ethyl, beta-haloethyl, and n = 1 or 2, sp. 1. Pref. in (I) W = F or C1 and Y = beta-sulphatoethyl.
