PURPOSE:To enhance productivity together with quality by adding fluid pressure to a laminated body consisting of a plurality of green sheets via thermoplastic resin film and also heating it to contact-bonding these green sheets with each other. CONSTITUTION:A green sheet laminated body W is heated by supplying a power source to a heater H1 buried in the lower part 42 of a set base 38. A thermoplastic resin film S is molded into such a shape that it follows the surface shape of the green sheet laminated body W by supplying compressed air from a compressor 26. The molded thermoplastic resin film S is pressurized by fluid to mutually join a plurality of green sheets. The air of an aperture part 28 side is blown out to an aperture part 46 side from the gaps of the metallic meshes M by the pressure of fluid. The thermoplastic resin film S is peeled from the surface of the green sheet laminated body W. |
