<p>PURPOSE: To prevent a compressed air supplying part from corroding by arranging a check valve in the compressed air supplying part, in a tool system in which a tool head part is exchangeably arranged by a clamping device, and a refrigerant supplying part is incorporated. CONSTITUTION: A tool holder 1 or a tool holder head part 2 is provided with a compressed air supplying part 12 parallel to a refrigerant supplying part 8. In the contact range of the tool head part 11 and the tool holder head part 2, the compressed air supplying part 12 is uniformly distributed and guided from an annular passage 13 to the end surface of the tool holder head part 2. A check valve 15 is arranged in the compressed air supplying part 12, and a ball 16 is pressed to a valve seat 18 by a spring 17. When the compassed air supplying part 12 is compressed by compressed air, the ball 16 is lifted from the valve seat 18. As a result, compressed air passes the check valve 15 and is allowed to flow out of the front end surface of the tool holder head part. Since the check valve 15 stops inflow of refrigerant to the compressed air supplying part 12, corrosion of the supplying part 12 can be prevented.</p> |
