<p>PURPOSE: To ensure the retention of needles and suppress the staggering movement of the needles by detachably inserting the needles having angled butts in through holes of a carrying plate, retaining the needle butts by the surface of the carrying plate, and further retaining the needles by an elastic layer formed at the reverse surface. CONSTITUTION: Needles 5 are inserted into through holes 4 of a carrying place 2a. The angled needle butts 7 are supported by the carrying plate 2a, and further the needle trunks 6 are retained by an elastic layer 3 formed at the reverse surface of the surface of the carrier plate 2a for supporting the needle butts 7. Further, an elastic intermediate layer 8 is installed between the elastic layer 3 and the carrying plate 2a for supporting the needle butt parts 7 to constitute the objective needle beam. The elastic layer 3 and the elastic intermediate layer 8 are composed of a material having <80 Shore hardness.</p> |
