PURPOSE: To form an integral vinyl skin shell having compartments and/or strips adapted to be used as an interior finish panel of an automobile by providing a plurality of alternately positioned recesses or recessed surfaces and tear surfaces in a spaced state of heated molds, and providing a plurality of dams or dividers of a predetermined shape between powder compartments in a powder box, thereby incorporating a plurality of different color tones. CONSTITUTION: The mold 32 has a plurality of spaced tear surfaces 34, recesses 36 alternately positioned therebetween. And, the recesses 36 are coupled to oppositely disposed wall parts 28 and 40 to the adjacent tear surfaces 34 with each other. The same powder box 50 as a powder box 42 has a plurality of spaced dams 52. Each dam is wider by a predetermined amount than the aligned recesses 36, and has a length cooperating to provide a predetermined gap together with the recesses 36. |
