PURPOSE:To prevent the concentration of a file access and to enhance the efficiency of multiprogramming by providing a spool file recognizing means, a spool file identifier determining means, a job identifier allocating means, etc. CONSTITUTION:In the case of the start of a system 100, a file which can be used as a spool file is recognized, and a spool file identifier determining means 2 allocates the spool file identifier of a format by which the utilization purpose of its file is known. When a job is inputted from an input device 12, a unique job identifier is allocated by a job identifier allocating means 3. A spool file identifier allocating means 4 selects the spool file identifiers of each utilization purpose one by one, forms each of them as a group and stores them in a spool file identifier storage part 11. When the job is executed, the result of execution is stored in the spool file with a job execution result store means 7.
