The invention relates to a basic composition for the preparation of a cosmetic composition constituting a composition for the hair. This composition is characterized in that it contains a glycoprotein as active ingredient, particularly selected from fibronectin or laminin, or mixtures thereof in all proportions. A nicotinic acid salt may also be provided to reinforce the microcirculation and/or the heparin or heparan sulfate. Due to the invention, a particularly active cosmetic composition constituting a composition for the hair is obtained, which radically improves a new growth of hair. |
