PURPOSE:To reduce the working time of teaching by moving manually a C axis and an A axis of an optical head and storing the points in order. CONSTITUTION:In a laser beam machine consisting of a machine main body 1, an oscillator 2, a controller 3 and a chiller 6, respective axes move lightly so that a driving mechanism to move in the respective directions of an X axis, a Y axis, a Z axis, the C axis and the A axis is made drivable manually. Meanwhile, the controller 3 drives the respective axis of the machine main body 1 and can also generate the teaching data and further, controls the oscillator 2 and the chiller 6. The controller 3 then can carry out both operation by NC language and teaching operation. In teaching, the machine main body 1 is moved by manually and the nozzle tip 9 is brought to a machining point by the eyes to carry out teaching. Accordingly, the teaching is carried out in a short time and facilitated. |
