There is disclosed a silver halide light-sensitive photographic material for backlighting photodisplay. The photographic material contains silver halide grains having a silver chloride content of 80 mole % or more and a compound represented by the following Formula I: <CHEM> wherein R1 to R6 each represent a hydrogen atom, an alkyl group, an aryl group, an alkenyl group and a heterocyclic group; L1 to L5 each represent a methine group; and m and n each represent 0 to 1.
