<p>PURPOSE:To reduce a load required for time control by storing request information in plural storage means corresponding to preset time, and performing the time control by monitoring only the request information stored first in each storage means. CONSTITUTION:A time control request means 111 sets a time in which the preset time is added on the present time as request time, and generates and outputs the request information including the request time and a request processing to be processed at the request time, and the request information is stored in either the storage means 121 corresponding to the preset time. A time control means 141 compares the request time in the request information stored first in each storage means 121 with the present time supplied from a present time measuring means 131, and when the request time arrives at the present time, an instruction to execute the request processing is issued. Thereby, since the time control is performed by monitoring only the request information stored first in each storage means 121, the load on the time control means 141 can be reduced.</p> |
