<p>PURPOSE:To fetch only necessary information by providing a filter means for eliminating other color than a specific color of a written image, and allowing its color to pass through to the image pickup surface in an optical system of a video input device. CONSTITUTION:A video input device 2 connected to a body device 11 is constituted by combining an image pickup tube, etc. and an optical system, brings an image pickup image to photoelectric conversion and sends it out to the body device 11. In the tip of the optical system of the video input device 2, a filter device 3 for allowing only an image of a specific color to pass through the optical system is installed in advance. In such a way, only a signal of a specific color is inputted to the body device 11.</p> |
