摘要 PURPOSE:To invariably obtain good steering characteristics by supplementing the change of steering characteristics with another device when an abnormality is detected on one of a suspension control means controlling steering characteristics of a vehicle and a steering control means controlling the steering angle of wheels. CONSTITUTION:A suspension control means 4 controlling a suspension actuator 1a based on the control signal in response to a running state detecting means 3 to control steering characteristics of a vehicle and a steering control means 5 controlling a steering actuator 2a based on the control signal in response to the running state to control the steering angle of wheels WH are provided. When an abnormality is detected by an abnormality detecting means 6 on either one of controls by the control means 4 and 5, the control state of the other of the control means 4 and 5 is changed by a control state change control means 7 in the direction to supplement the control on the side where the abnormality is detected.
