PURPOSE:To prevent a direction turning position and stopping position of returning path from varying due to mechanical irregularity, etc., by measuring a period of an encoded pulse, comparing the measured value with a preset value, and correcting the degree of a deceleration. CONSTITUTION:An encoder detects the rotating speed of a motor, and outputs an encoded pulse. The number of the pulses is started to be measured from a deceleration starting point, and the measuring point of the pulse is detected. The period of the encoded pulses is measured at the point to detect the decelerating state at the initial of a decelerating stage. The decelerating state is detected by comparing it with data stored in advance in a controller, and a deceleration control after a measuring zone is so corrected as to invert or stop in a predetermined position. Thus, even if there is a load variation, etc., due to a mechanical irregularity, it can prevent a linearly reciprocating element from deviating from its reversing and stopping positions. |
