PURPOSE:To make it possible to adjust the height of a center piece along its whole periphery to the surface of a stamper by a method wherein the height of the upper edge face of the outer periphery of an upper center piece is adjusted to be equal to the surface of the stamper by means of a height pulling-down screw, which is attached at the center of a lower center piece, and a plurality of pushing-up screws, which are arranged round the height pulling-down screw. CONSTITUTION:An upper center piece 41 having a formal dimension corresponding to the inner diameter of the center hole of a stamper 1, which is fixed through adhesive 3 on a backing member 2, and a lower center piece 42 are fitted to the center hole. The lower center piece 42 is fixed to the backing member 2 with center piece fixing screws 7. The upper center piece 41 and the lower center piece 42 are connected at their center position to each other with pulling-down screw 5. In addition, a plurality of pushing-up screws 6 are mounted concyclic to the lower center piece 42 round the pulling-down screw 5. By respectively screwing the pulling-down screw 5 and pushing-up screws 6, the height of the upper edge face of the upper center piece is adjusted to the height of the upper edge face of the inner periphery of the center hole of the stamper without restraint. |
