<p>In a method of producing a series-connected solar cell arrangement using an integrated thin-film technique, the intention is to carry out the interconnection as reliably and uniformly as possible in a manner which is as simple as possible in terms of process engineering. A first transparent electrode 2 is first deposited over a large area and structured on a transparent substrate 1. A photosensitive semiconductor layer 4 and a second electrode layer 5 are then consecutively deposited over a large area and jointly structured. Contact elements 7 are then applied in layer form, filling in the trenches produced by the structuring, and, in addition to the trenches mentioned, are structured by further trenches 9 at least down to the surface of the semiconductor layer 4, as a result of which separate, series-connected solar cells 10 are produced. <IMAGE></p> |
