Edging roll for rolling flanged end portions or a work piece, can also be applied to work pieces of different sizes and is capable of rolling the flanged end portions while clamping the web of the work piece. A web clamping roll is formed annularly and can always be turned freely on the outer circumferential surface of an outer eccentric sleeve. In order to change the width of a flange, an inner eccentric sleeve is set by turning the same on the outer circumferential surface of a rool and the outer eccentric sleeve by turning the same on the outer circumferential surface of the inner eccentric sleeve, in such a manner that the flange pressing roll is in a flanged end portion rolling position with the web clamping roll in a web clamping position.
