<p>The invention concerns an apparatus for the continuous measurement of the material contents of a granular, powdery or viscous product, particularly for measuring the moisture content of cereals. The apparatus consists of a measuring cell (6) through which the product (8) to be analysed is passed, and a system (11) for processing the information from the cell, information that depends on the nature and constitution of the product. The apparatus is noteworthy in that it is provided with means (4) for monitoring the filling of the cell. According to a preferred mode of embodiment, the means (4) for monitoring the filling and the measuring cell (6) are both of the capacitive type and take the form of two capacitors (4a, 4b; 6a, 6b) with the same geometrical configuration. <IMAGE></p> |
