PURPOSE:To shorten a production period for dies by storing load characteristics of a production machine using the dies in a storage device, correcting drawing data of the dies based on the storage information and carrying out the die production and trial strike in production of the dies. CONSTITUTION:The information of the load characteristics of the production machine using the dies is stored in advance in a storage device. When the dies are manufactured by CAM, data of drawings inputted through CAD are corrected by this information to produce the dies. Further, when dies obtained are set to the production machine to perform tryouts, correcting operation in accordance with the characteristics of the production machine is not required and a starting period for a production line can be reduced. |
