PURPOSE:To increase an analytical speed and to enhance the reliability of data by always allowing a solvent to flow to all of columns possible to combine to hold the outputs thereof to a stable state and selecting an arbitrary column by changing over a valve to perform analysis. CONSTITUTION:In a case not used in analysis, two adjacent columns are mutually connected by four-way change-over valves 4-8. A six-way rotary change-over valve 2 connects a pump to a column A and other valve 3 connects a column F to a receiver and the medium from the pump passes through all of columns A-F to preliminarily hold the outputs of the columns to a stable state. In the case of analysis, the valve 2 connects the pump to the required column and the pump 3 connects a detector to the required column. By this method, the arbitrary column is selected from the columns in a stable state only by changing over valves and an org. compound can be analyzed rapidly with reliability. |
