PURPOSE:To enhance efficiency by forming a resin layer on the surface of a machine output producing position, and producing an output therethrough. CONSTITUTION:An ultrasonic wave linear motor has an elastic square column 6 of square section, and piezoelectric ceramics 7a-8b are adhered to the side faces to compose a vibrator. The vibrator has position securing supporting holes 9a-9b, and machine output ends 10a-10b. Heat resistant resin layers 11 (e.g. ethylene tetrafluoride resin of 50mum) are formed on the surfaces of the ends 10a-10b. |
