<p>PURPOSE:To contrive an efficient separation of water in a desorbed gas by desorbing water and a component aimed to be recovered, which are co-adsorbed by an adsorbent, with a non-condensable high temperature gas and by applying the desorbed gas to a gas separation membrane so as to separate the water in gaseous state. CONSTITUTION:Water and a component aimed to be recovered, which are co-adsorbed by an adsorbent 1, are continuously desorbed by a non-condensable high temperature gas from a loop 14 including a fan 9c and a heater 10b. The desorbed gas is applied to a gas separation membrane 11 (e.g. aromatic polyimide membrane) so as to separate the water in the desorbed gas in gaseous state. It is possible, as a result, to separate and treat the water mixed in the desorbed gas efficiently.</p> |
