<p>PURPOSE:To enable a rim and tire pieces to be adhered firmly by molding tire pieces having each cavity part accommodating the hollow part and rim of a tire, after that, connecting the tire pieces in putting a rim covered with a rubber into the cavity part, and charging air with a pressure higher than that of atmospheric pressure into the hollow part, and then molding the tire pieces to the rim integrally. CONSTITUTION:Tire pieces 130, 130 are molded by the use of molds 11, 12 for molding the outer surface of a tire and a mold 20 for molding an inner surface having a cavity part 123 accommodating the hollow part 108 and rim 107 of the tire. After that, the tire pieces 130, 130 are connected to each other in putting the rim covered with a rubber C on the faced outer periphery to a hollow part 108 into the cavity part 123. And, air with a pressure higher than that of atmospheric pressure is charged into the hollow part 108, and further, the tire pieces 130, 130 are molded integrally around the rim 107, thereby manufacturing a wheel. Besides, the radius L1 of the cavity part 123 in the tire pieces 130, 130 accommodating the rim 107 is formed to be smaller than the radius L2 of the rim 107.</p> |
