PURPOSE:To effectively reduce vibration by selecting the first or second voltage applying means in accordance with an input vibrative condition and, applying voltage to an electrode orifice to control viscosity of electric rheology fluid in accordance with the respective condition. CONSTITUTION:A selecting means (k), in accordance with an input vibrative condition, selects the first or second voltage applying means (i) or (j) applying voltage to an electrode orifice (e) changing viscosity of electric rheology fluid between main and subfluid chambers (d), (f) and a damping rate. The first voltage applying means (i), being based on a signal of a car body movement detecting means (g) and an in-orifice fluid movement detecting means (h), applies predetermined voltage when the first to third conditions, judging a car body (a) and fluid movement direction, fluid speed, car body speed, are satisfied. While the second voltage applying means (j) applies fixed voltage lower than the above described predetermined voltage. Thus, a reducing effect can be substantially improved of a transmitting rate of vibration. |
