<p>PURPOSE:To provide a proportional control element in a three-way valve white is simplified and inexpensive but having high performance by providing a valve for opening and closing a flow path which connects a fluid supply port to a fluid feed port and a valve for opening and closing a flow path which connects a fluid discharge port to a fluid feed port. CONSTITUTION:A valve body 1 contains a fluid supply port 2, fluid in-feed port 3 and a fluid discharge port 4. The first part, connecting the fluid supply port 2 to the fluid in-feed port 3, and the second part, connecting the fluid in-feed port 3 to the fluid discharge port 4, are provided. Poppet valves 7a, 7b, equipped with diaphragms 6a, 6b, are contained halfway flow paths 5a, 5b. By actuating these diaphragms 6a, 6b, the poppet valves 7a, 7b are moved opening and closing the flow paths 5a, 5b. Thus it is possible to provide a proportional control element in a valve, to simplify the valve and reduce its cost and also to improve its performance.</p> |
