<p>PURPOSE:To surely and continuously melt scrap and to enable unmanned automatic operation by charging the scrap at the starting point of forced circulation process for molten metal and forcedly dipping floating scraps under the molten metal surface. CONSTITUTION:A runner 2 at out of system for introducing the molten metal in a treating chamber B into a holding chamber A or a runner 3 at out of system for charging/discharging the molten metal in the holding chamber A into/from the inner part is arranged. The scrap 12 of aluminum, etc., is continuously or intermittently charged to the molten metal 4 flowing the runner 2 at out of system from a charging feeder 13 arranged at upper part of starting end of the runner 2 or 3 at out of system. Pushing units 5a-5g are set as vertically movable at upper part of the runner 2 out of system and embedded claws 6a-6g are arranged at tip part of the units 5a-5g to forcedly dip the floated scrap 12 under the molten metal 4 surface at plural times. A molten metal returning hole 10b is arranged at ene part of the running 2 and the molten metal 4 in which the scrap 12 is melted is returned back to the holding chamber A while joining into the molten metal 4 in the system.</p> |
