PURPOSE: To avoid improper fastening work at an intersection angle position, especially at a straight angle position by setting all contact angles of balls in outer and inner race grooves larger than an angle which a cage control angle causes self-locking. CONSTITUTION: A cage 17 is guided along an outer surface on the opposite side of a spherical segment surface 8 of an inner part 2 through a partial hollow spherical surface 18, and the partial hollow spherical surface 18 ends at a ball central flat surface 32 including a center of a window of the cage 17, and the cage 17 is arranged with a play against an innerwall 3 of an outer part 1. Thereafter, contact loca 28, 29 of contact points 25, 26 of the ball 16 in an outer race groove 5 and an inner race groove 14 are set so that a cage control angle, that is, the contact points 25, 26 of the ball 16 in both of the outer race groove 5 and the inner race groove 4 constantly become larger than an angle at which the cage control angle made at all of rotating angles causes self-locking along an intersection angle whole region of a joint.
