PURPOSE:To avoid imposition of excess communication charge to a caller and to eliminate the need for the caller to recognize a pocket bell number of an absent person by utilizing inter-user information so as to apply absence guide and making a call to call a pocket bell from a called terminal equipment. CONSTITUTION:The system consists of an S interface 1, a CPU 2, a mode setting operation section 5, a pocket bell call operating section 6, an installation data memory 7, a pocket bell number memory 8 and an absence message memory 9 or the like. In this case, an absence guide message is given to a caller from a relevant telephone system while a called telephone system does not reply the call. As required, pocket bell call command information sent from the caller is sent to the relevant telephone system when the called telephone system does not reply the call and the picket bell is called by the called telephone system. Thus, imposition of excess communication charge onto the caller is avoided and the necessity of storing the number of the pocket bell of an absent person is avoided by the caller. |
