<p>PURPOSE:To make it possible to absorb noise having low noise or noise of high frequency by making Sr(1-x)BaxTiO3 contain at least one kind or more among Nb2O5, Ta2O5, etc., and a total of 0.2 to 5.0mol% Mn and Si in terms of MnO2 and SiO2, and 0.05 to 2.0mol% Na2SiO3. CONSTITUTION:Sr(1-x)BaxTiO3 (where 0<x<=0.3), which contains excessive Ti so that the mol ratio between Sr(1-x)Bax and Ti may be 0.95<=Sr(1-x)Bax/Ti<1.00, is made to contain at least one kind or more among Nb2O5, Ta2O5, V2O5, W2O5, Dy2O3, Nd2O5, Y2O3, La2O3, and CeO2 by 0.05-2.0mol%, and Mn and Si by 0.2-5.0mol% in total amounts, respectively in terms of MnO2 and SiO2, and Na2 SiO3 by 0.05-2.0mol%. Hereby, usually it functions to absorb noise of low voltage and noise of high frequency, on the other hand, when high voltage such as pulses, static electricity, etc., has invaded, it exhibits varistor functions.</p> |
