PURPOSE:To reduce the cost of facilities by a method in which housing spaces are provided on the left and right sides of a lift to vertically move a housing case, arms are attached to the lift, and an electromagnet for fixing the case is set on the arms. CONSTITUTION:The electromagnet 30 of a housing case 22 is magnetically erased, and the attraction between the case 22 and a permanent magnet 12 is released to unfix a case 2. An arm 24 is extended, the electromagnet of the arm 24 is excited to attract the permanent magnet 8 of the case 2 to fix the case 2 to the arm 24. The arm 24 is contracted, the case 2 is housed in a lift 20, and the lift 20 is moved to an entrance by a vertically moving motor. When the lift 20 arrives, a bicycle is mounted on the case 2 and the lift 20 is moved to a given floor. The arm 24 is further extended to send the case 2 to the space 22, the electromagnet 30 is excited to fix the case 2, and the electromagnet is magnetically erased to attract the arm 24 to the lift 20. |
