PURPOSE:To reutilize stimulable phosphor for recording radiographs in circulation, to easily obtain homogeneous reproduced pictures repeatedly and to facilitate designing, manufacture, management and moving in a radiograph information recording and reading device. CONSTITUTION:This device is provided with a picture recording part for fixing a recording body 2 composed of a stimulable phosphor layer on a supporting body 1, irradiating the recording body 2 with radioactive rays through an object 6 and storing and recording the radiation transmitted pictures of the object, a picture reading part provided with photoelectric reading means 9 and 10 for scanning the recording body by excitation light, reading emitted stimulating phosphorescent light and obtaining picture signals, a means for moving the recording part and the reading part relatively to the recording body and an eliminating means 11 for releasing radiation energy remaining in the recording body after reading. |
