PURPOSE:To control concentration of a developer accurately by arranging a delay means additionally to a scraper member so as to delay periodic rise time of a waveform component. CONSTITUTION:A delay means is arranged additionally to a scraper member 20 so as to delay waveform rise time by lengtheneing scrape time on the sensor surface. Such scraper member 20 is formed by fixing a sensor surface sliding member formed of an elastic body softer than the scraper member 20 to the back side of the scraper member 20. For example, the scraper member 20 is formed out of a flexible plate-like member 21 which is arranged extendedly in the radial direction from a rotary shaft and has a length slidable on the sensor detecting surface 10A, and an arc shape elastic body 22 running along a revolving locus of the plate-like member 21 is fixed to the back side of the plate-like ember 21 to its rotational directional, and the elastic body is formed to become softer than the flexible plate-like member. In this case, the plate-like member 21 can work well in the case of using a material formed by covering the surface of an urethane core material with an artificial leather in terms of preventing electrification of a resin carrier. |
