PURPOSE:To reduce unnecessary vibration or noise of a step motor by creating a pseudo sinusoidal driving signal through a simple circuitry. CONSTITUTION:The motor drive circuit comprises an exciting means for feeding the exciting coil L of a step motor M with an exciting current I corresponding to an input signal D, and means 2 for generating the input signal D having a timing based on an external control signal C and feeding the signal D to the exciting means 1, wherein the step motor M is rotary driven based on the control signal C. In this regard, the input signal D is a pseudo-sinusoidal wave. |
