PURPOSE:To make the scroll display easy to see. CONSTITUTION:In this LED display, when a fixed background screen and scroll data are simultaneously displayed on an LED display panel 3, by fetching the coordinate information of a scroll display part from a CPU 7 for scroll display by means of a CPU 5 for fixed display, subjecting the relevant part to the processlug of black void display and displaying the scroll display data processed for display on this part by means of the CPU 7 for scroll display, the scroll display is made easy to see so that the fixed background screen and the scroll display data do not simultaneously turn on the LEDs of different colors on the same position.
