PURPOSE:To lessen property change at high temperature by using electrolyte wherein a mixed electrolyte of two or more components, which include tetraalkylphosphonium salt and aliphatic ammonium salt or alicyclic ammonium slat, is dissolved in an organic solvent. CONSTITUTION:A pair of polarizable electrodes 1 consisting of activated carbon are provided in an armor case constituted of anode member 4 made of aluminum or stainless steel and cathode member 6 made of stainless steel, and a separator 3 is interposed between these polarizable electrode 1 in a pair and those are piled up, and then those are soaked in electrolyte. And for this electrolyte, the one, wherein a mixed electrolyte of two or more components including at least tetraalkylphosphonium salt and aliplatic ammonium salt or alicyclic ammonium salt is dissolved in an organic solvent, is used. Hereby, an anodized film can be formed to the metallic material which constitute the anode member 4, and deterioration of electric properties at high temperature can be suppressed. |
