The tetrapod for breakwater of inner or outer port uses fiber reinforced plastics. The tetrapod includes cover (4) on the upper of body (2) having thread portion (3), crossing tubes (5) formed with impact absorbing holes (6,6',6",6'") through respective centers of bodies (2,10,10',10"), connecting portions (8,8',8", 8"') having multiple connecting holes (9,9',9",9"') assembled into an integral body by bolts (11) and nut (12), and inner space portion of tetrapod filled with steel slag and waste stone.
